българскиB3 Training Materials Development Program for Micro and Small Businesses
The BIEFD Foundation, in partnership with RTA Rhodopi, is proud to present its new initiative to enhance educational and training materials developed under the Interreg V-A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020 Cooperation Program. This program targets micro and small businesses, including social enterprises, with a special focus on tourism-related sectors.
What do the materials include?
The training materials cover 6 thematic areas and 20 modules, addressing key topics such as:
- Entrepreneurial skills.
- Financing and financial management.
- Leadership and team management.
- Recruitment.
- Basic IT skills.
The materials are presented through Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and are supplemented by 7 video scenarios, three of which are complete, with the remainder in development.
